Helping Entrepreneurs Put Their Vision for Their Company into Action
Sandy recently completed another guest instructor engagement co-teaching strategy mapping and the balanced scorecard fundamentals to the entrepreneurial leaders participating in the Masters of Business, Entrepreneurship, and Technology program at the University of Waterloo. This year’s group of entrepreneurs is working on a broad range of business ideas and companies – providing some unique and interesting strategy map and balanced scorecard challenges! The strategy maps and balanced scorecards developed were excellent and many of the entrepreneurs found that clearly articulating their customer value proposition and creating an aligned business model were critical activities in moving their business forward.
